Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with delivery details. While we work with trusted delivery partners, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or logistics issues beyond our control.
Refunds & Returns
Customer satisfaction is important to us. Eligible products may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our return policy.
Ready-made items can be returned or exchanged within the allowed return period if they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Custom-made or tailored garments are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error from our side.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after inspection and approval of the returned item. The amount will be credited through the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.
